Antifreeze -25°C to -45°C
Four supplied temperature-grade models with 9KG, 18KG and 200KG package options. The portfolio is presented around temperature label, package size and the supplied “Intense” designation.

More than freeze protection: three core jobs
General engine-coolant guidance from major coolant and equipment manufacturers consistently focuses on frost protection, overheating control/heat transfer and corrosion protection. These points are educational context—not unverified Shengxiang model claims.
Frost / Freeze Protection
Coolants formulated with glycol and water can provide protection below the freezing point of plain water, depending on formulation and concentration. Always verify the exact freeze point from the approved product TDS.
Heat Management
Engine coolant circulates through the cooling circuit and heat exchanger. Water-rich coolant mixtures are valued for heat transfer, while the complete formulation also supports high-temperature operation.
Corrosion Protection
Modern coolants use inhibitor systems to help protect metals in radiators, cylinder blocks/heads, pumps and heat exchangers. The specific inhibitor technology must be confirmed per product.
Four antifreeze models
Entry temperature-grade label in the supplied range.
Lower-temperature grade label for colder operating environments.
Cold-climate model with a -40°C temperature label.
Coldest temperature-grade label in the supplied portfolio.

Three package sizes for different order volumes
9KG Package
Compact listed option available across all four temperature grades.
18KG Package
Standard listed package size for workshop or regular service use.
200KG Bulk Package
Listed bulk package for higher-volume purchasing requirements.
Built around the engine cooling system
Low-Temperature Support
Antifreeze is used to support cooling-system operation in cold conditions. Verify actual freeze protection from the product TDS.
Heat Transfer
Coolant circulates through the engine and radiator system to carry heat away from hot components.
Cooling-System Protection
Approved coolant formulations may include corrosion and deposit-control functions; confirm actual claims in official technical data.
Compatibility Check
Always verify vehicle/OEM coolant requirements and compatibility with the existing coolant before filling or mixing.

COOLANT
ROLE
A coolant must do more than stay liquid in winter
BASF describes premium engine coolant protection around corrosion, overheating and frost. That framework is useful for educating buyers, but your four Shengxiang grades still need their own approved TDS to substantiate exact claims.
All models in one table
The matrix preserves your supplied temperature, package, “Intense” and bucket information.
| Temperature Grade | 9KG | 18KG | Variant | Bulk Package | Package Type |

Built for buyers across multiple equipment types
Use only where the actual Shengxiang product specification and OEM coolant requirement are compatible.
Passenger Vehicles
Cars, SUVs and light vehicles subject to matching coolant specification.
Commercial Vehicles
Truck and fleet cooling systems where the required chemistry and approvals match.
Construction Equipment
Heavy equipment and industrial engines only after OEM/TDS compatibility confirmation.
Industrial Engines
Generator sets and stationary engine cooling circuits where specified.
Four checks that protect coolant performance
Choose in four checks
Check OEM Requirement
Confirm the coolant specification required by the vehicle, engine or cooling-system manufacturer.
Confirm Climate Need
Use the temperature grade only after checking the actual product TDS and expected operating environment.
Select Package Size
Choose 9KG, 18KG or 200KG according to purchasing and service-volume requirements.
Verify Mixing & Compatibility
Check chemistry, dilution instructions, water quality and compatibility with any existing coolant.
