Diesel engine oils are classified by API grades CF, CF-4, CI-4 and CK-4, which differ
in applicable engine types, emission requirements and performance standards; higher-grade oils are
backward compatible with lower-grade engines, while lower-grade oils must not be used in high-de
mand engines to avoid severe wear or emission system failure.
Natural gas engine oil is developed using high-quality base oils and advanced additive technology to ensure superior engine protection in gas-fueled engines. It offers excellent oxidation resistance, low ash formation, and strong anti-wear performance, helping to keep engines clean and extend service life.
Industrial closed gear oils are classified by viscosity and quality grades:
L-CKD 150#, 220#, 320#, 460#, and 680#. Precise matching of the L-CKD series effectively
improves the anti-wear service life of heavy-duty gears, reduces equipment downtime risks,
and is especially suitable for harsh industrial working conditions
Lithium Grease is classified by consistency grades including 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#, and 3#, with consistency increasing from lower to higher grades. Different grades are suitable for different ambient temperatures, lubrication systems, and machinery operating conditions, ensuring reliable lubrication performance, wear protection, and equipment durability in industrial and automotive applications.
Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease is manufactured with premium Grease, lithium soap thickener, and special extreme pressure additives. It provides excellent lubrication performance, wear resistance, mechanical stability, and corrosion protection under high-load and high-temperature operating conditions.
The product is suitable for industrial machinery, automotive components, bearings, gears, mining equipment, and heavy-duty applications requiring reliable lubrication and long service life.
High-Temperature Lithium-Based Grease is formulated with high-quality base oil, lithium thickener, and advanced additives to deliver excellent lubrication performance under high-temperature and heavy-load operating conditions. It provides superior wear protection, oxidation resistance, water resistance, and mechanical stability for long-lasting equipment performance.
This grease is widely used in industrial machinery, automotive systems, bearings, electric motors, construction equipment, and high-speed rotating components requiring reliable lubrication in harsh environments.
Molybdenum Disulfide Grease is a premium quality extreme pressure grease formulated with high-quality base oils, lithium soap thickener, and molybdenum disulfide additives. It provides excellent anti-wear protection, load carrying performance, water resistance, and mechanical stability for heavy-duty industrial and automotive applications.
Hydraulic oils are classified by viscosity into grades 32#, 46#, 68#, etc.
Performance should be precisely matched to system conditions including temperature,
pressure and load to ensure stable power transmission, lubrication, cooling and sealing in
various environments
Cutting fluid is a special medium for assisting cutting and grinding in metal
processing, mainly divided into water-based (emulsion, synthetic fluid) and
oil-based types. It uses base oil or water as a carrier with cooling, lubricating
and anti-rust additives, whose core functions are to optimize the machining
process and protect workpieces and tools.
Thermal oil (also known as heat transfer oil or organic heat carrier) is a special oil used in indirect
heat transfer systems. It transfers heat from heat sources to heat-consuming equipment through circula
tion, and is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, textile, building materials and
other industrial fields. Compared with water or steam heat transfer, thermal oil offers advantages such
as high-temperature heat transfer at low pressure (usually up to 200~350℃ or even higher), precise
temperature control and low energy consumption
Air compressor oils include reciprocating compressor oils (L-DAB 46#, L-DAB
150#, etc.) and screw compressor oils (L-DAH 46#, etc.). Due to differences in air compres
sor working principles, they have distinct lubrication requirements, performance designs
and application scenarios and must not be mixed; oil type and viscosity should be strictly
selected in accordance with equipment specifications.
